John is a God-fearing man who is active in several local communities here in Las Vegas. As a person in long-term recovery, John has been clean and sober since May 25th, 2001. He is currently a state-certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist and Supervisor in the state of Nevada and employed with HPN (Health Plan of Nevada) as a lead on the Recovery and Resilience team in Southern Nevada. John and  his wife love spending time outdoors, whether it’s boating, camping or off roading, with their four granddaughters and wonderful family. Recovery has given John a life beyond his wildest dreams.
